I've suffered with chronic pain since the age of 10 and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at the age of 23. I had multiple areas of pain and stiffness over my body. I have been attending with Paul since September (3 months). After suffering with chronic pain for over 25 years, any improvement for me would have been a bonus. Each week I have had a small improvement and now don't need to take my break through pain relief! My lower back is 40% to 50% better than it was and my shoulder muscles have NEVER been so relaxed which has helped massively with aches and pain. Being in less pain overall has also made my daily fatigue better. I can't recommend Paul enough, it hasn't been a quick fix and will take more time yet but after suffering for over 25 years, I thought it would never be any better. I'm so pleasantly surprised and pleased I gave it a go! Also, Daralyn is fabulous and will always try her best to book you in at a time and day that suits you. Have been a client of Paul for many years, however recently I had a really bad back trauma which left me seriously incapacitated. Paul treated me as an emergency case, he also advised me on managing the problem at home. The treatment over four weeks worked so well that I felt back to my normal self and was able to enjoy my life again. I can't thank Paul enough for the treatment he has given me over the last couple of months. I had been suffering with back and hip pain which was affecting my daily life but after just a few sessions, the difference was remarkable... my pain levels reduced, my range of movement improved and I was able to sleep again. Paul takes the time to understand what you're experiencing and explains his clinical reasoning and treatments clearly, which has been so important in my journey back to pain-free function. After 6-8 weeks of increasing leg and buttock pain, unable to turnover in bed and pain first thing in the morning, I made an appointment with Paul. 10 days later the pain on a morning had diminished considerably. After 6weeks of treatment 5 sessions I am now pain free. Paul explains everything simple and clearly and knows exactly which muscles are causing the problem. I know where to go next time, not the doctors who only give pain killers and physio, which a previous shoulder problem I had, took 2 years to clear.

I had been struggling with persistent headaches and back pain for several months before deciding to book an appointment at the clinic. After only one session with Paul, I noticed a significant improvement - my headaches were much less severe and back pain improved. Now, after three sessions, the headaches have completely disappeared and my back pain has improved dramatically. I couldn’t be happier with the results and only wish I had booked in sooner.
