I went into beverley sorting office yesterday with a query. The chap there called Mat Stark? Was so helpful and dealt with the week long problem straightaway. I received my goods as promised. A real asset to the company. Efficient/calm and kind. A true star. Sue rowlin
Won't be collecting or sending parcels from here again unless walking as they now won't allow you to park in the carpark and never any spaces on the road either !!!! An employee got shirty with me for even turning around in there when I realised !!
I have come here to pick up my parcel two times. It's pretty far from the main road if you take the bus, but if you come by your car, they don't have a car park for customers 😅moreover, you have to walk passed their road to the reception, be careful with the vehicle. The staffs at the front desk were friendly and helpful
What great staff - had a parcel that had my road address, but no house number. These guys had taken the time out to call me and ensure a delivery could be made to the right address (all down to my issue, not theirs). Thanks, really appreciate it.
