The receptionist was the only good thing he was really nice. The dentist we saw 'Enver' was really bad, he was very unprofessional with wording, seemed unconfident & he wanted to do as little as possible really. He misdiagnosed myself & my husband & the management just group together when you complain. After seeing 2 other dentists, 1 private & 1 nhs, both say we were misdiagnosed & we now have a new dentist.

The dentist was so great….. I had a broken tooth in 2 parts and was very anxious about the procedure. He was very careful and removed both my tooths

I was in Today for Fillings!! What an Amazing Destist Millie is, She made me feel at Ease and was Totally Amazing throughout the time I was there.. Also her Assistant was Lovely with a kind & polite manner.. Keep up the good work 10 out of 10 🙂

Had a very bad experience with one of the receptionists. I was running late, and as I entered the building at 4pm on the 1st of March for my GP appointment, the receptionists (I didn't immediately realize they were the dental practice' ones) were the first people I saw. I then simply asked where to find the self check-in machine, only to be replied (by the receptionist with black hair and pink/red uniform) very rudely and in an unnecessary very aggressive way that that was the wrong reception. Of course that was my mistake, but still there's no justification for such an unprofessional behavior.
