The team at mydentist are absolutely wonderful. My son has started his braces journey, has required surgery to expose and remove teeth, then a fixed brace fitted with the aim to pull down hidden teeth and realign as best as possible. My son had his brace fitted 13.11.25 and I just want to commend the three ladies, Nikki, Sophie and Sammy for being absolutely fabulous throughout. Nikki, was a trainee dental nurse who fitted Lucas brace, she was professional, kind and caring throughout. Sammy and Sophie who assisted and offered support were extremely knowledgeable and kind. All three created a stress free environment and they were a pleasure to be around. On every occasion we have visited this dentist we have always been met with a friendly smile and felt welcomed, from the receptionists, to dental nurses, trainees and senior dentists. All mine and my sons questioned have been answered and we have been well informed all the way through. A huge thank you to all the team.

Had my braces fitted last year for my wedding and had the most amazing results. The on going care from all the team is truly remarkable.

We are absolutely delighted with the care and treatment my daughter received throughout her orthodontic journey. Although she didn’t meet the criteria for NHS braces, the practice made private treatment both accessible and affordable. Thanks to their expertise, she now has her perfect smile, and we couldn’t be more grateful. The whole team has been wonderful, and the reception staff deserve special mention for always being so welcoming, friendly, and supportive. Truly an outstanding experience from start to finish!

The staff are lovely and friendly, talked everything through with my child and his teeth now look lovely. I was a bit dubious with his first appointments as they make parents wait in the waiting room and it isn't(or wasn't) explained why when we started the journey. Also be prepared for some long waits. We have never had an appointment that was on time, always at least 10 mins late, or more often half an hour.

The staff at this practice are excellent in their work with teenagers. Staff expertise has been evident at every stage and my daughter’s teeth look beautiful following her orthodontic treatment.
