Molescroft Surgery

You need a new receptionist. That awful bully woman with short grey hair speaks to people discusting. I was shocked when i took my mum in. She argued with my mum when a doctor asked her to put something on her notes and was awful to a young up coming doctor. No need for it. She's no empathy. Awful woman. She needs telling. Giving receptionists a bad name. People are sick of being bullied by these old receptionist thinking they are gods. Next time ill report you.

Went for a gp appointment, got told I was seeing a nurse, nurse told me I need to see a GP and sent me home again, wastes of oxygen

This surgery use to be amazing. But it has taken 200 phone calls after 8am to get through, and even then there are no appointments by 8:10. Reluctant to give any appointments past that day, which means repeating this frustrating farce for a service the next day. Eventually described to staff member the need to see GP and the response is an appointment nearly a week in the future. No service anymore, very disappointed with a once exemplary practice.

Shockingly bad !! Booked appointment through the app for 10:10. No call happened. Took my break as I was at work at the time as a nurse. They gave me a time for 10:10 for telephone consultation and this did not happen. What the hell is happening to GP services these days, give me strength!!!!

I have been with this surgery for more than 22 years, and I have reluctantly decided to move to the pig hill Surgery simply because of the rude obstructive receptionist. Considering most patients will call because they are ill this woman can single handedly raise your blood pressure and make you feel even worse. And I know that I am not the only person that thinks this way, why the surgery keeps her...... I don’t know I have made a formal complaint to the practice manager, however, to date I have yet to receive a response.
