Recently joined this surgery and found the service from receptionist to diabetic nurse and a doctor williams I think it was for a phone appointment to doctor kelly I saw today to be exceptional. Have moved around the country due to work over many years and I am pleased to have found this surgery where they have made me feel cared for and interested in me. This is so refreshing after my previous surgery experiences and have rekindled my faith in the primary care system.
This is a fantastic GP surgery. I’ve spoken to 2 GPs. I only know one of their names for sure: Dr Kelly. I think the other one might have been Doctor Williams but I can honestly say the best surgery we’ve ever had the good fortune to be with. We are so used to having to get through our issues at speed which is very difficult because my husband‘s got multiple health issues and the GP is just say take your time let’s go through it. Let’s get sorted out. Let’s review everything. I’m mean this is just unheard of these days. I saw the four star reviews above and I can honestly say you don’t know how lucky you are. I would also point out the nurses are excellent too and take good care of my husband with his blood test and his diabetic review
I would like to express my thanks and deep gratitude to the team and especially Jane, the on call nurse, who saw me today. I was able to see Jane within the hour and her kindness and thorough examination enabled both peace of mind and immediate action required. So many thanks again. Simon
I went for my annual flu jab today. I got there on time. When I said I was on antibiotics, I finish them tomorrow, I was told by a nurse I needed to wait and make another appointment. I cannot see any reason why being on antibiotics affects a flu jab. A wasted journey. I was literally sat there and then told to come back another time. I’ll not bother this year.
I have recently moved to the area and have registered at this surgery. I was there today and just wanted to say a big thank-you to Zoe, who went over and above with customer service to sort out an administrative issue.
