From the first viewing and valuation from Adrian (who gave very sensible and pragmatic advice), through to the marketing, negotiations with buyers and eventually the exchange and completion. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and I felt represented us well. Communication was excellent. I could not fault them. Their location in Beverley is excellent and they clearly know the local market. Highly recommended.
