I recently sold a property and chose Hunters based on a recommendation. This was the first time I'd used Hunters to market a property. The initial valuation and meeting with Leanne was very good, her enthusiasm for the property and and knowledge of the local area gave me confidence that Hunters could market my property the right way, and they did. The photos, description and the way the viewings were handled, in my opinion, contributed to a swift turnaround to me accepting an offer around the asking price for the property around a week from it going live. I do believe there are improvements to be made in Sales progression, I found myself having to call for updates as we got very little communication, and several emails were not responded to, which became frustrating. I've used other estate agents to market properties in the past and, I feel that Hunters Beverley do have some room for improvement on their relationship with customers once a property has been marked as sold. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Hunters and I found Leanne and her team professional, helpful and friendly.
