I wouldn't recommend. I went to view a property and when I turned up no agent was there. I called to ask where they was and I was told that the property had been let. Apparently, they tried calling and emailing me but I didn't receive any. Fuel, time and money lost.
I used to RPMS to rent a property for 6 months and I had nothing but positive experiences. It was my first time letting and they made things super easy and smooth. My portfolio manager was Laura and she was great with me from start to finish, everything ran smoothly from moving in to eventually moving out, very good at her job. I would definitely recommend RPMS to anyone who is looking to rent a property in their area.
I can't fault RPMS in the 8 years i have been with them. Any repairs i reported were dealt with swiftly, I also couldn't fault the landlord as nothing was ever questioned, what needed doing was done. The staff at RPMS are friendly, i'd particularly like to point out that Laura Saunders was very efficient when it came to move out and handover time. She made viewings on the property that i was still in as convenient for me as she possibly could whilst we were still living there which i really appreciated with having children. She is a friendly, approachable member of the team. I can't recommend RPMS enough, I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them in the future should the occasion arise.
Really bad experience.Rented a property for one year.Left the house in immaculate condition They refused to refund deposit They accused me of a scratch in the dishwasher which was already there but stupid me I didn't point out as the dishwasher was working well and it didn't affect They complained and dirty oven when they delivered the property with the oven with crusty burnt food To summarise they will always look for the five leg on the cat! Now they are illegally keeping my deposit and messing around saying they waiting for invoice to charge me for something I did break It gave me me so much stress Horrible experience Wouldn't recommend to rent with them Be careful!!!
