Sue and the team at Stanifords were extremely professional throughout. The viewing process was excellent and then during the purchase they kept me updated on a regular basis and responded to all queries in a timely manner. They were also very good at helping push the final aspects of the sale through, co-ordinating with all parties and solicitors.

AVOID, this agent struggled with the basics initially forwarding details of our property as a 3bed 1 bath when it was a 4 Bed 2 bath property, they even struggled to count the number of down lighters in the rooms, maybe this should have been a warning sign for us. They did very little to sell our property and updates and communication were somewhat poor with numerous mistakes. Very disappointed with the service but they seem to think all the issues were acceptable given we sold our property. Don’t make the same mistake we did, use an Agent who will actually provide a good customer experience because Stanford’s certainly didn’t. Our experience was with the Beverley Office.
