I will never be able to say thank you enough to Kevin and team who took the most lovely care of my beloved sister. Feeling an immense sense of panic and distress entering the office Kevin had the most calming, gentle and kind attitude it made every difference in how I could negotiate this devastating situation. From the suggestion of the celebrant to conduct the service to the whole handling of the funeral everything was spot on and always so respectful - I felt cared for and supported. It is now a few months along that I can look back and I can say there are some good memories of what was made a beautiful farewell on the saddest of days. Thank you Kevin, you made such a difference - I am forever grateful. X

I would never use another funeral director. This is the third time we have used Stephenson’s and they always exceed expectations. Paul and the team spent a lot of time and effort making sure everything went just how we wanted. They even contacted the care home and arranged for our uncle’s favourite carers to stand outside and show their respects as we made our way to the crematorium. Stephensons recently supported us after losing our precious Dad. From the first phone call they were very professional and guided us through the whole process.
