Top notch garage ⛽⛽⛽ , I'd say the best garage this side of the Humber.
Highly rate this garage. I do currently have a service plan with VW main dealership however I will be changing to using Riverview Auto for all services once that ends this year. I’ve used them numerous times over the last few years for odd jobs/repairs/diagnostics on my vehicle and they have been excellent every time, out performing the main dealers in my opinion and saving me £200 when my timing belt was done. Very reasonable with pricing, super friendly and helpful customer service and I’ve always been satisfied with the work carried out on my car. My mum & dad highly rate them too.
Today was the first time I've used Riverview. The service was outstanding, and the cost was very reasonable indeed. It's easy to book in, and they do ring you back. The mechanic took the time to explain in simple terms what was wrong with my car, and what needed doing to sort it. It's things like this which help non-technical folk like me be confident with the garage, and make me a repeat customer. I'll definitely be using them again.
Great service, great staff. Fixed my issue in the morning but 10am!
Great team, we take both of our cars here. Having only recently moved to the area I was nervous about finding a garage that wasn't going to overcharge and be dishonest and I can say that Riverview have been absolutely fantastic 👍🏻
