Efficient and friendly garage. I have had several MOTs and repairs here, and have been very pleased with the service. My car has always been ready and on time, and any onward work has been explained thoroughly. Very happy with the work and guys here.

Savoy Beverley has excellent cutomer service, and they are very good at communicating. I booked my MOT on-line. The process is quick and simple, and I got a reminder message the morning of the test. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they rang me back straight after the MOT to advise and discuss the best options. This was done in simple language, not workshop or technical jargon. My car was ready on time, and the charges were very reasonable indeed. I've used Savoy three MOTs in a row, and they've never been anything other than great to deal with. Austin.
Used them for the first time for an MoT. They showed me issues they'd identified, explained them clearly to an idiot, then did the work promptly at a surprisingly good price. And performed a free retest. This is the recommendation of a mechanical idiot but they looked after me very well and I'll be going back if they can put up with me.
