First visit to this hospital. Very different experience to Hull Royal infirmary. A big bonus FREE parking. Very clean. Well sign posted to find the department you want. Polite lady on reception Well organised waiting area. Didn't wait long to be seen. As always DR PATEL helpful and polite and the student nurse Very polite

Wow just wow. Clean, efficient and superb . Met straight away, kind helpful staff. Easy parking. Straight in for appointment, lovely staff with so much information and explanation. The receptionist on the UTC is so rude and cares more about being on her phone than anyone coming in. Didn’t listen to anything I said then got annoyed after she gave the wrong directions to me of where to go, her attitude to patients coming in after was also poor. Rolled eyes, spoke to patients like they were thick. Staff on outpatients were lovely and so helpful in comparison, GP was brilliant.

I cannot praise them enough, kind, caring, professional staff. Thank you, everything this morning was beyond exceptional.

My first visit here (minor injuries unit) and I was very impressed. I’ve never been dealt with so quickly in a walk in centre before. The atmosphere is calm and non claustrophobic which helps when you’re in the waiting room. Staff were super friendly and kind. Thank you.
