I have been insured with NFU for many years. I have cars and house and contents insurance with them. I once changed my car policy elsewhere but returned as their service was far superior. I recently claimed for damage to a cycle. This was dealt with very efficiently and promptly. Whilst probably not the cheapest around I much prefer the cover offered and the service given. The NFU are not just a soulless internet site but a people company with real offices.
The service I received from NFU Mutual Beverley and Holderness was outstanding as were the repairer and the car hire company that they contracted to do the work on my car which had been damages by a third party. NFU's response was quick and everyone that I've spoken to have been excellent listeners. All the work was carried out to fit in with my needs. It is great to have a local service where the service was easily accessed and everyone was professional . So good not having to deal with bots! Thank you to all concerned.
I have had reason to contact NFU Beverley several times recently and I can definitely say it was a breath of fresh air to actually deal with a person not a machine. Someone who I could clearly understand and who knew exactly what I wanted. I am often told NFU are not the cheapest company but I am happy to pay the few extra pounds for the best service.
NFU (Beverley branch) are brilliant to deal with. Always very pleasant and happy to help. I recently insured a second car with them and I had to make a few calls to them over a few weeks and each time I could not fault their service. It’s so nice to be able to call an insurance company and they remember your call from a few days earlier and feel they are happy to spend the time answering your queries. I was very happy with the price for 2 vehicles and would recommend NFU 100%.
Luke was very thorough and informative He was pleasant, polite and courteous The cost of my policy seemed a very good price It also provides me with peace of mind knowing that I am fully covered with a claims telephone number in addition to the NFU office
