NAILS 4U

Yesterday I popped into get my nails done, I’m new to working in the area so I wanted to find somewhere I can go regularly. I am a kind person who works with the public and can understand some circumstances are trying and difficult. I showed the lady my inspiration, I am so upset with what I received; the lady who did my nails has done them too long they look like press on nails from a store, they were almost £40 and they look so cheap. They are messy and have nail art down the side of my nails. I asked the lady to use a pink and she said she was going too. When checking she used a different chrome. Everytime I mentioned something I felt so shut down and i’m not the type to argue. I absolutely hate what I have paid for and now believe.I shouldn’t have left but just felt everyone around me was becoming increasingly annoyed for commenting on anything, I did say it was my first time having chrome and I was super unsure yes they accommodated that completely and did a trial nail first, personally I wouldn’t have let a customer walk out with a mess like this. I would like to pop in on Tuesday get them cut down and have a nude pink over the top as this is just not okay and I had them done for a special occasion.

Absolutely fuming with this nail company I came in today at 1.30 to get my 6 remaining nails off that I cut down and shaped myself because one snapped in half so I cut them down so they was all the same length as I get my nails quite long and theve removed them made a state of my nails and my nail beds there sore and pulsing and they charged me a tenner the staff was rude and oblivious to my nails I asked them to keep the length of my nails and they continued to cut down my nails to my skin don’t recommend this nail shop at all it’s my first and last time coming!!! #fuming

Absolutely love my nails, very good price and all the staff were friendly. I was able to show them a picture and they did them exactly like it! - I will definitely be back.

I have never used this nail salon before but I am extremely happy with the pedicure and manicure I had. There was a lot of attention to detail and my nails now look incredibly beautiful. Thank you so much. I only have one little moan - it was very cold in the shop 🥶, but I am a Londoner!

Nails were patchy and the pink colour was smeary. I went back within 30 mins and they were insistent it would take only 10 mins to rectify. I didn't have 10 mins as car parking had expired. My next free day to come into Beverley was next week. The lady was screaming at the man and I felt was being nasty..but who knows because they weren't speaking English. Very uncomfortable. I will get someone else to rectify the problem and won't be going back to this shop. I feel sorry for the girls working there.
