For some unknown reason the postman is withholding my mail and parcels. He delivers to everyone else in my block but won't even ring my intercom. I'm terminal and going out is difficult so I really don't need to be out in the cold and damp collecting mail because this post worker that I have never had any communication with so has no reason to pick on me, refuses to deliver to me. The delivery office don't appear to care as nothing has been done about it, it is still happening. Today my medication which I really need was supposed to have been delivered but this worker withheld it. I don't understand why he's doing it and the fact nothing is done is so frustrating.
