Woodhall Way Post Office

Just walked there to take a pre-paid large letter. The woman behind the counter (older woman), on her phone, told me to come back after lunch. Clearly she couldn’t be bothered to stand up and do it. There are no posted lunch times and the place is supposed to operate from 9 to 5. This particular woman is always rude and argumentative and shouldn’t be in a customer facing position. 40 minutes wasted and I still have to go and post the letter.

Unbelievably unhelpful. I have never come across such a place with horrendous customer service. The staff are so miserable, unfriendly and unhelpful. Every time I visit there is an issue which they seem pleased about and can’t wait to inform you, always ends up being a wasted journey. I don’t know how these are still trading. They seem to get a thrill for being unhelpful, rude and seeing you walk back out with your parcel. So if you’ve got time to waste, want to speak to miserable people and not be helped at all it’s worth a visit other then that I would avoid at all costs. I’ll get in my car and travel just to avoid these people who work there.

Used to be the most lovely post office and corner shop. The woman who has it now has zero customer service skills. Never a smile and everything seems to be an inconvenience to her. I have had the misfortune to have to go again today and the service was even worse which I didn't think was possible!!!!! Avoid like he plague

I’ve used this Post Office a few times and, despite the negative reviews I’d read, my experiences have been completely fine. The staff have always been polite and I’ve never had any issues.

The older lady with short hair and glasses in the post office is the rudest person I’ve ever come across. So unhelpful and rude, if you can’t be bothered speak to people properly you shouldn’t be working in role that requires interaction!
