We went into the TUI branch in Beverley to book our holiday to Nerja in Spain. Everyone in the branch said good morning when we entered and we sat down at the nearest desk where Jon helped us with our booking, he understood what we wanted and being old fashioned we asked for a printed copy of our booking details which Jon gave us before we left, and we can pick up our boarding tickets from the branch a few weeks before we are due to leave.

Great service from your Tui Beverley store . Lisa has lots of experience and always helps us with our holiday choices . They also have really competitive currency rates . All the team are always very friendly and willing to offer help and advice . Great store !

Amazing help thank you nicki for everything had some issues with our seating and couldn't have been more helpful in getting it all worked out and even getting arw boarding passes all printed and done too making it all the more easy for us Thank you so much

Lisa @ the TUI Beverley branch is absolutely brilliant, very friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Lisa was very kind and helpful when booking my first cruise answering all my questions and giving me lots of information about the Tropical Shores Exotic island/Marella Discovery cruise putting my mind at rest and giving me lots of useful tips and information. I will definitely be booking more holidays at TUI Beverley branch due to the fantastic customer service from Lisa.
