Tried Beverly to good go bag great service loads food would order again lady said see u again thought was nice first time anybody said that she done great job thank u toll gavy

Just popped in to the Beverley branch happy with my meal deal and bun But far more memorable was the very pleasant and helpful young lady that served me. Great service.

Most of the time everything is great and the staff are lovely. However the last few times I've been in I've witnessed a newer quite young member of staff who does not seem to wear gloves like the other members of staff do. I've witnessed her rubbing her nose and face and then going to make a sandwich and also handling the food on the counter. I presume being a newer member of staff that she has recently been trained and should be up to date with food hygiene protocol? At no point did she wash her hands or attempt to put on a pair of gloves. This could also be a big issue in the case of anyone suffering allergies and food being cross contaminated!!

Ordered large and medium breakfast deal for 10-year old son and I at Toll Gavel. Cooplands. Service with a grimace. Woman serving surly, almost aggressive. Was this because my son is mixed race? This surly staff member also claimed its not included in breakfast deal, even though sign saying these were. She did not mention drinks that come with breakfast deal. Very poor service. She needs a crash course in customer service skills. I appreciate intelligentsia are not queuing up for this type of unskilled, low grade, poorly paid work. What Cooplands staff seem unable to grasp is that customers like me are lifeblood of business. No customers no Cooplands. No jobs. Simple. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Gone down hill these past few years. women who was serving with black hair and glasses was incredible rude, i understand people have bad days but no need to speak to abruptly to customers and other staff member...
