Lee was amazing for my partner John and his groomsmen. He just knew he stuff, one glance at the lads and he could tell their size and what they would need. We wouldn’t go anywhere else now! Thank you Lee for helping them find the perfect suit and ensuring they all looked super dapper for our big day.

I popped in again to look at some of the shirts as my husband can always use some new ones for work and some of the funky designs are right up his street only to be disappointed by the complete lack of service. I shouldn't be surprised as I've had the same experience in the same shop several times before and always leave annoyed. Having previously worked in retail, it's actually really awful how bad their customer service is unless you fit a certain aesthetic, I do apologise profusely to the staff that we were wearing our Rab jackets and walking boots as it's nearly freezing and icy on the paths, clearly this was offensive to them. It's such a shame they let potential return customers walk out the door and every time I end up buying shirts from Barbour or Slaters but happy to spend my money there, where they give good customer service. I won't try again because now I am the fool for returning! If only I could give no stars!

Always had great customer service here. It is truly a great place to shop where you feel valued as a customer. Often get gift vouchers for Christmas and birthdays and I can always find something to spend them on. Have to give a shout out to the manager especially. So professional and friendly. Always goes out of his way to look after you.

Brook Taverner Beverley I was looking for an upmarket suit for a special wedding and popped into Brook Taverner, I was definitely not disappointed! when I entered the shop I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by the very helpful Lee and Ella, nothing was too much trouble. A great selection of options on offer, I ended up purchasing a Haincliffe Tweed Three Piece Suit, 4 shirts and 2 ties. Not bad for just going for a look... It was a lovely experience and I shall happily return very soon. Top tip: One of my shirts wasn't available, they took my details within a couple of days I got a call to go pick it up from the store. Fantastic customer service and very COVID aware.

Experienced staff got the perfect fit for a new jacket. Chest minus 6 inches I'd the waist. Spot on. Everything in this shop is high quality. Nothing compares for getting the tight fit. Brilliant service.
