Purchased a blouse in your sale yesterday. I really liked a dress but you didn't have it in my size, the assistant checked if one could be ordered and delivered to my home , which she did and is been delivered today. Great customer service and prompt delivery.

Popped in today just to see if there was anything new. My other half bought a shirt and t shirt and as I was leaving I spotted a nice winter jacket in the window. Heading back into the shop they didn't seem to have my size. I always feel uncomfortable asking for assistance but I plucked up the courage to ask if they had it in a medium in the stock room. Without fuss, she checked the stock and said they were supposed to have one somewhere? Together we worked out it was probably the one in the window. Sure enough it was! Without hesitation the lovely assistant stripped the dummy and handed it over! One very happy and grateful customer here...thank you

I like Fatface for quality, comfort and style, my last cargo shorts lasted five years and I’ve just bought two new pairs, however the length is shorter than my last pair, despite ordering the 12 inch length, which is disappointing. I am 5’11” so assume the designer is much shorter, so I will return one pair and look out for something as good but with the length of the old Fatface shorts

I always visit fatface in Beverly due to the fact i hate big shopping centres. Beverly is a great little town with high street shops of the traditional type. I bought a pair of modern costal chinos ,tried them on in the shop to see the fit and feel of them.They didnt have the colour in shop so they ordered them to be delivered to my house.They arrived within 48 hours. The assistant in the shop couldnt do enough for me and the whole experiance was great. I have since bought another pair online with the confidence that i know they will fit. We spend a lot at fatface mainly due to this shop being so user friendly for a fitting. Also after your purchase you can contemplate your overspending in one of the fine cafes Beverly has to offer.

I love fat face they have loads of extravagant clothes inside. And there is something for everyone. The staff in the Beverly one are really friendly and helpful
