Rohan Beverley - Outdoor Clothing & Walking Gear

I am a very regular customer of Rohan and a big fan. It is the only reason I continue to support and buy your products. I called today to collect an item ordered and wished everyone of the staff a happy new year. The tall gentleman I believe to be the manager, ignored me and walked away to fiddle with the clothes hanging. This is not the first time both my wife and I have felt undervalued ignored and generally dismissed by this rude person. He is definitely in the wrong job and should not be customer facing. The pleasure of our purchases, and there have been many, have been spoilt. How many other customers feel the same. I can see a few other comments. Fortunately the ladies who work there are excellent.

The quality of the goods is excellent if not pricey. An older gentleman serving seemed to be really put out in looking for sizing for me as he would have to go upstairs to look for it! He reluctantly did - I nearly told him to shove it and order online but I am for supporting the high street. We did buy the goods but if my partner had heard how he spoke to me - he wouldn’t have. The lady server was very pleasant.

My relative ordered some items to be delivered which they never received, they went into the shop for help regarding this, the male sales attendant was very rude and unhelpful, and this is not the first time!

Very helpful staff who get anything from any other shop if they don't have it. Pricey yes but really good quality for outdoors and the sales are dynamic with plenty of half-price offers. No compaints,,,,

I would like to say how amazing the staff were especially the young gentleman who help recommend and assist my brother to get ready for his first interview. (he got the job). The young gentleman went to the stock room to find the right size and even went to the street to find me after noticing a error after we pay. We definitely coming back. My brother love his trousers and want another when he gets pay. From quality to the customer service they were amazing.
