Fantastic company. I have purchased many household items and gifts from here. The quality of the products are fantastic. I had a problem recently with a light fitting I had purchased 6 months ago and just got round to putting up after decorating. Customer services were fantastic about the problem and kept me up to date with when extra pieces would arrive, which was quicker than originally expected. A special thanks to Chris from the furniture team.

Amazing Service. I buy a lot from the white company but had a problem with the quality of one of the jumpers I purchased pre Xmas. I spoke to a lovely eloquent lady on the phone and returned the jumper today. The Manager was amazing and returned without issue. I rarely return anything but over the years I’ve had to deal with some snotty managers who are definitely not dedicated to customer service. The manager at Beverley was very professional and put me at ease as it’s never nice telling someone that you have a quality issue with a product. And this is part of the reason why I’m a regular ‘white company’ customer. They understand customer service and employ a great caliber of staff. 👌🏻🙌

My wife loves this shop and spent a good 40 minutes choosing a few things on a late afternoon in December. As we left we realised that the shop had closed (20 minutes ago) and we were the only customers left. Despite that, all the staff were helpful, there was no hurrying us up or tannoy announcement. Thank you, and sorry.
