I attended at this station to get my regular car wash. When I got my ticket and returned to my car, I found it had broken down. I couldn’t get it started at all. I was really flustered not having any breakdown cover and never broken down before. I was tearful and went back inside to apologise if my car was going to be in the way until it was recovered. The girls at the shop were amazing with me. Offering me to go sit inside the shop and offering me hot drinks and use of the phone if needed. It would have felt far worse, had they not have been so kind. The staff are always really friendly there in any case. But they went above and beyond for me that day. And I’m eternally grateful for their kindness
Staff are always happy and friendly when I go collect my parcels from here. I never get petrol or food due to the higher prices but the ridiculous 1* reviews saying they ‘had’ to get petrol here is poor planning on THEIR part for letting the fuel go so low. Also you’re not forced to buy the food here, if you’re desperate for chocolate and crisps at 10pm then it’s your own fault for not getting it cheaper from a supermarket earlier in the daytime. Petrol shops will always be more expensive due to the longer opening times and convenience.
Visited Sewell on the go Holmechurch Lane Beverley thinking l could return a parcel from there.l was informed that Sewell on the go does not return parcels to this specific courier. The young lady who explained this to me( l didn’t get her name) had long dark hair and spoke with a European accent. She was so helpful in explaining to me what l needed to do and where to go to return parcel. She couldn’t have been more helpful. A Real credit to herself and your company. Please ensure she gets this feedback. Mrs Y Richardson.
I pop in here from time to time as it's convenient during my journey to and from work. I'll admit that the shop itself is rather small and compact but it's the staff I'd like to praise. I popped in here on a cold, wet and miserable Sunday morning in November this year and was pleasantly surprised by the staff member on duty. So often I visit places and I vow never to return purely based on the poor customer service I experience. However on this occasion the lady member of staff was a breath of fresh air. Smiling, talkative and proffessional the whole time - she actually cheered me up somewhat on an otherwise dreary day. If only this was the true benchmark for excellent customer service in this country.
Everything is far too expensive it's not fair to take advantage of your customers when there in need. This is not community service or spirit. Shame on you and update. I just got back form the garage and I've ended up having crisps chocolate instead of a decent sandwich or soup as was ridiculous price. I won't go again I would rather starve
