Leightons in Beverley

We recently purchased a bed from Leightons. The service was excellent from start to finish. The salesman gave us very good advice and we were pleased with our purchase. We didn't wait to long for delivery and the delivery men were courteous and took their shoes off in the house. We would absolutely recommend Leightons for their excellent customer service.

I recently purchased 5 pieces of bedroom furniture and an ottoman bed. Nothing was too much trouble. Sonya, helped me decide which furniture would fit in to the measurements I had given. I made various visits to the showroom as I was undecided on the bed and fabric. Sonya helped me to make a decision. I spoke to 2 other members of staff who were also very helpful. Excellent service and furniture including the delivery men. I would highly recommend.

I cannot praise Leighton's of Beverley enough for the smooth purchase and delivery of a bed from their store. The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the two delivery men were very efficient . They took their shoes off and were very careful in taking away my old bed and putting together my new one. Thankyou very much for superb service all.

In store people are lovely and helpful the issue is the deliver drivers. Faces like thunder before they they've even entered the buiding, bad attitude, grumpy, lying, huffing and puffing. Little rays of crapiness. Seen them twice in the past year and not buying again due to them. Do not recommend. Customer services course is needed ASAP.
