I cannot praise this Business enough. A friend sent me to the Beverley Store in the direction of Chris to help with LVT Flooring and Bedroom Carpet. This all had to be planned around furniture deliveries. Chris was so helpful with my choosing and took on all the logistics with Fitters. The rooms had been recently decorated, both the Carpet Fitters and Floor Fitters fitted the products with great care. The Workmanship is top notch, all were so polite and went above and beyond. This business clearly take pride in their service and work done by all. Thank You

Excellent service from the staff, great products and fair prices, I ordered engineered wooden flooring from them at a great price with free underlay and glue, super fast delivery but unfortunately one pack sustained some slight damage, as a good will gesture they refunded me for the pack straight away and gave me the pack for free to use where I could. I didn't expect that at all and due to my waste allowance managed to complete my project with what I had. I truly recomend this company and from past experience know this level of service will not be found with the bigger flooring companies. Well done guys I will be back.

One star as cant give less a picture speaks a thousand words waited approx. one month for their best fitter to do this to our property wall mural in granddaughters room damaged with tape of some description, tea/coffee sprayed all over wall, missing carpet in walk in wardrobe and then the pièce de résistance a one month old professional paint job on our staircase turned to this in a matter of hours and the response from the retailer who recommended the fitter not our problem please please be careful before trusting this firm, Its now approx. 1 month prior to xmas and I have to find a decorator for new mural and to repair fill and repaint staircase and start a legal case all because I trusted the wrong salesman, Honestly this is just three pictures I have 23 pictures of the damage including 37 spindles 5 newel posts 7 stair risers 4 skirting boards wall mural and liquid of type brown over wall ,also I now have a leak to a radiator pipe curtains stained new carpet soaking wet struggling to see how that can be squared off by the retailer saying the carpet I chose had a hessian back which might explain it really ? my chainsaw is sharp and dangerous so I will collide with everything in my path until I get to the tree, Fitter refuses to give me his Professional (the irony is not waisted on me) liability insurance details also retailer not forthcoming with info so I am dubious as to its existence

Went in looking for particular lvf. 3 people behind counter, directed upstairs, no offer of assistance. Despite being upstairs over 10 minutes no one appeared to offer help. Zero customer service or attempt to engage.
