I absolutely love this store. Great quality and prices for every budget. More importantly, in my opinion, fantastic customer service. Manda and Emma are always welcoming with a smile and really care about how they can help. I wanted to purchase a pair of earrings for my daughter. I was shown several suitable options, and allowed to browse, without pressure to ensure I was making the correct purchase. I actually left with 2 pairs of earrings and a beautiful ring. Thank you for having the value of customer service, it's a rare thing. Beautiful, clean store with great displays. Very welcoming. Thankyou Ladies.

**I've adjusted my review, as the customer service team and store manager have apologised for the member of staff's behaviour, and replaced the faulty chain as well as offering a token as goodwill gesture. I've been a repeat customer here for the past couple of years. and have been pleased with the products so far. Today I had a really unpleasant experience, however, and doubt I'll be back. Last month I bought a chain for a charm I have. After doing nothing other than taking it on and off very carefully (the charm means a lot to me and I'd be devastated to lose it), the clasp failed. I took it in and asked for either a repair or a replacement. I was told that it could only have broken if I wasn't gentle enough with it, and was refused both. It's bad enough being refused decent customer service for a faulty product, but I'm really offended at having my integrity questioned.

An absolutely gorgeous variety of jewellery!! So beautiful and at a wide range of prices so it’s really perfect for any type of gift! Everything is beautifully packaged for free by the very friendly staff. I’ll definitely be buying from them again. My only improvement: have a loyalty/stamp card :)!!

Just been to azendi beverley & what a lovely lady who was working today (04/05/24) she was so friendly & helpful i purchase a bracelet & nothing was too much trouble. What a very nice member if staff.
