Warning: NOT A REAL JEWELLER. The young staff are not very helpful, whilst standing around chatting, yes they were four of them on a weekend in a tiny shop. They snigger at people who walk in asking for a service that any other jeweller provides. Everything they sell looks like costume jewellery, so how does this place still exist? Close it and make way for something decent.

Went this morning to go buy a bracelet, arrived at 8.50 lady said we open at 9. no probs. Went to wait in the car, came back after 9 and they’re all stood around chatting. Tried the door, locked, at this they turned round looked me up and down with a filthy look and carried on talking! No intention of opening and certainly now won’t be getting my business

First time visiting this store and was an absolute amazing experience. Rebecca was so friendly and helpful whilst looking for a 30th birthday gift. The jewellery range was fantastic and Rebecca definitely knew her stuff when questioned about individual jewellery pieces and metals used. I was successful in purchasing my gift and will return. Definitely recommend this store. 💯

Visited this jewellers on Saturday with my elderly mother who had a Pandora voucher to spend. Was informed by a young staff member that it was not possible to spend the voucher as it was not a Pandora store. This was disappointing however it was the staff member’s attitude which really upset my mother. We were advised that we should purchase online, after which she was wholly reluctant to advise as to the price of the charms or offer any further assistance, despite the shop being empty of other customers. We had to ask her twice to write down the particular charm my mum wanted to order so that we could go away to order ourselves. The staff member’s unhelpful and dismissive attitude upset my mother immensely. So much so , that she wanted to go home upon leaving the shop.

A very last minute purchase of a wedding ring due to being let down by a online retailer. The staff at the Beverley shop were fantastic and showed me the available rings and quickly got the perfect ring. It had to be sent away for resizing and was returned within my tight timeline; 2-3days. The pleasant and reassuring staff are a credit to the company and ensured that the wedding day can continue as planned! Thanks again for the great service.
