My grandmother Elizabeth went in and nothing was too much trouble. Chris and Abby were superb and my grandmother could not sing there praise high enough. She said Chris was a true gentleman holding the door open and speaking to her with such kindness. She said Abby looked after her like she was her grandmother. AMAZING, I would go here just to experience the same.

My parents went into the EE shop at Beverly to ask a simple question about their contract. They were greeted by CHRIS who was very dismissive and wasn’t willing to help. He was very disrespectful to them. He was continuously rude. Very poor experience & service 😔

Emma was fantastic. She explained everything, nothing was too much trouble. The transition from pay as you go to sim only contract was painless for my elderly mother.

I visited EE in Beverley last weekend to get a new business phone. Millie and Chrissy were awesome - Millie found me a great deal and Chrissy helped get the paperwork sorted when their systems weren’t playing ball. Would definitely go back in future; thanks guys!
