The wife loves dragging me around these women's clothes shops, but normally around Lincoln. For a change she chose Beverley . As soon as she saw Mint Velvet l knew that would be it . Mandy the member of staff who was helping Linda was brilliant ! So friendly with fabulous customer service. Not to mention a cracking sense of humour. Not knowing alot about women's clothing myself but did tell Mandy how smart she was, which got Linda trying on the same items of clothing ! Many thanks, quality shop , wonderful service.

Was planning on buying a coat and by chance asked the lady if Mint Velvet had any sales due. She told me that the coat I wanted was going to be in the sale 2 days later with a reduction of £70! The lady very kindly offered to hold it for me until the sale started. Very impressed with the service and made a great saving at the same time! Not shopped here before but will definitely be back!!! Many thanks

Amazing service by Danni at the Beverley store! I visited between Christmas and the New Year on two occasions and Danni could not have been more helpful. She sourced a jacket for me that was out of stock in the shop and online, in fact, it was delivered to my home address free of charge the following day. Danni is a credit to your brand, thank you again.

Amazing customer service at Mint Velvet, Beverley, returned a dress I had bought online, wanted the size down but they didn't have it in stock, they rang round other shops and found one in Manchester which I was able to purchase and will be sent to my home, thankyou lovely ladies for your effort and smiles, thumbs up to Manchester staff too x

Lovely shop!! The sales assistants and manager are all really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend!!
