Went to get refund for rucksack which was unsuitable. Refused & said credit note only. Was very brusque. I said I would share on my social media & she said the rules are on website. She then said she would refund because I'd been rude about the policy & letting others know ow about it via media then refused again & gave me credit. Such an unhelpful person and she claimed she was the actual manager. Her name is Debbie ger obviously

I was looking to buy some boots. Entered the shop but there were no staff visible. Eventually spotted them in the back. When 1 member of staff decided to serve me she was extremely unhelpful. I was prepared to try a few pairs to find what I was looking for, however decided that I wouldn’t bother as I wasn’t prepared to buy anything from someone so unhelpful (rude). I have since purchased 2 pairs from somewhere else.

Staff appeared unhelpful & slightly rude! Just because someone is in a wheel chair there is no reason to dismiss them & move onto the next customer.

Such helpful staff and I always find exactly what I want
