Shoezone

Bought some nice trainers on Tuesday for my hols. Unfortunately made the mistake of giving them my email address, its now Saturday and I've had 8 emails from them regarding offers etc I dont mind odd marketing email but bloody hell

Purchased two pairs of shoes from the very quiet Beverley store Sunday. On Monday wore a pair and had to come home lunchtime as the front soles were riding up my foot and making it uncomfortable for o wear. Rang head office Tuesday and spoke to a lovely lady who said as long as I had my receipt I could take them back for a refund or replacement. I took them back today and encountered the so called Manager. If he is the manager he is one of the most arrogant, unprofessional people I have ever encountered- being cocky and rude must be company policy. I had heard from friends to avoid this shop but as it is five mins from my house I thought I would shop there - never ever again. He refused to refund or swap and said they all do that which they don’t as the second pair doesn’t. My advice is AVOID and definitely avoid him - he doesn’t deserve even a sales role there and I can only hope he manages to find a customer service personality in his stock room as he hasn’t one as he is! Reported him to head office and will ensure I tell everyone local to also avoid this shop.

The quality of their products are absolutely appalling just like their customer service. Boots that fall apart after less than a month and their excuse is "it's just ware and tear"

Visited on Sunday 24th Nov ... bought a pair of boots which I'm happy with but would like to say the sales assistant was absolutely great and so helpful...fab service :))
