Outstanding 5 star service ! We had a problem where the external aerial cable had been accidentally cut (by me!). We got a rapid email reply from Mel -after submitting problem details via their website form - who arranged to attend on site the following day. The job turned out not a straighforward as we thought, however Mel carried out a very careful, thorough investigationof the system to establish the problem issues ,then replaced old, tired cabling and a faulty key aerial componen then made further detailed checks were made sure whole system was operating totally satisfactorily both the outside and inside kit . Lots of friendly advice too along with a a very professional service which we fully recommend !!

Called Mel last week to inquire about fitting CCTV, Mel gave me great quote that beat 3 other prices I had received. 2 days later Mel arrived on time & finished the job with precision. I was impressed by the customer service & quality of the job. Sam showed me how to use the newly fitted equipment on my mobile device (I am not tech savvy)! 10/10 - over the moon with everything. Utterly fantastic - thank you Mel and Digital Connections. Got back to me straight away and was able to come over within hours. Gave us priceless advice on the best way forward with an aerial and satellite connection, neither of which worked. No hard sell of his labour or products - in fact he told us the cheapest and best options that would cost us the least and get us reconnected with the best TV package - neither of which were through his company so he had nothing to gain financially. Really knew his stuff and will always contact him in future if we have aerial/Sat problems. Charged a small call out fee - feel slightly bad that that was all he asked for because his help/work was worth way more.

Highly recommend. Digital Connections was my 3rd attempt at getting someone to install a sat dish. Came out to survey the property as I'm surrounded by trees. Installed a sat dish there & then without having to book an appointment. I found the guy to be honest, reliable, reasonably priced & very considerate. Was very tidy & did a really neat job. Call Digital Connections before you call anyone else, I really wish I had.
