I visit this cinema a lot - usually a great experience. Bar is great. Screens good and it's very rarely busy - so nice and relaxed. Main feedback would be to turn the volume down! Every visit, tends to result in someone in our group asking for them to lower it, as it's far too loud, especially in Kids films and Parent and Baby screenings.
Went here to watch Speed as they were showing the classic film once again. Absolutely loved it, not been to this cinema previously. It’s on the upper floor but there is also a lift if required; parking we used one in town but the multi-storey is probably your best bet. The whole place was clean, tidy and well presented, the staff were pleasant and welcoming. There is a bar and seating area, as usual you can buy all the sweets, chocolates and drinks you can imagine…..you might have to take out a mortgage to afford them though! The cinema itself is well laid out with all the screens numbered along one corridor with toilets well signed along this corridor. Wi-Fi is available if required, we booked the premier seating which gave us more leg room; this was a smart move! Based on this experience I will certainly be back in future!
Really enjoyed the experience. Very clean and well presented. The silver screen club a great idea.
Generally love this cinema and go there regularly but please stop letting people enter 15 mins into the film! Just watched Downton Abbey and lots of people were still arriving 15 mins into film, disturbing everyone by putting their phone torches on and making full rows stand up to let them get to seats. First part of film was ruined for everyone else. If they can't arrive on time, sorry but entry should be refused!
The panto was absolutely brilliant, my daughter and I are adult and where in front row. It was that good we are going again tomorrow.
