Amazing! Just amazing! Exceptional customer service, the manager not only looks out for the customers. But also her staff too, that's pretty unusual these days! We was met by a lovely friendly receptionist, who helped us book, sign in and get the most of our money as we was late for the toddler session. I ordered a coffee and fruitshoot using the app, the coffee was actually pretty good. When it was brought over I was feeding my newborn, so the crew member brought over sugar and helped me! There was an issue with some other customers while we was there, this was delt with so professionally. And we was aloud to stay a little longer. To my partners excitement as it was actually his birthday! He and our toddler absolutely enjoyed themselves so much. All members of staff we spoke to was absolutely lovely. They took their time to entertain our two year old too, or say hi which was just so nice. It was clean, lovely vibe. Our first time, definitely not our last! Thank you so much to all members of staff!
We were in the area to see family and wanted something to burn the kids energy off before the drive home and found this place. We had a great time, even though it was half term it didnt feel over busy and never had to wait to do anything. Large play areas with lots to explore, lovely and clean with lots of staff on hand keeping an eye for safety. Good prices considering the size of the venue, and a range of options for ticket price. We did the hour which was perfect for a 5 year old Will definitely be back next time we are over seeing family
This place is outstanding, we went to the Halloween party on Saturday evening. The staff are amazing, very helpful and they were so good with my daughter and her friends. They were all dressed up, entertaining all the children. The experience was very good from the start to the beginning. Facilities all clean, the food was amazing! Special mention to Jen who went beyond and above to help us. Will defo be returning!
The photos in this listing are old. Zip line not in use. Horrible “customer service”. When paid I was asked if we had grippy socks, which we did, from a different brand. After entering the play area we were told that we have to wear their own brand of socks, which have a lot less grip than what we had. So had to return to reception to pay £3/pair. Extremely filthy windows. Dark space. The staff seem to be 16-18 year olds who have no idea what customer service means. Some areas were closed off. Waste of money. Paid £80 for one hour and socks for 4 children and one adult. Won’t be returning.
We paid £55.60 for 2 adults and one toddler for an open jump session and we left feeling short changed. The girl on reception was helpful and friendly but the young lad who was supposed to be working in the cafe (who also according to his T-shirt, is a supervisor), was nowhere to be seen. We were not the only customers stood at the kiosk waiting to be served for several minutes, even after we had pressed the bell to alert staff. Eventually I tracked him down near reception and he was stood swiping on his phone searching Amazon. He then idly wandered over to the cafe with no urgency or an apology for the delay. The arena itself was also a disappointment. Some of the equipment was out of use or closed. I can understand this at quiet times as it was a Monday early afternoon session, but this should be reflected in the ticket price. Overall the experience was disappointing and we won’t be returning.
