Figure and Form Osteopathy

Hannah has magic hands. The first time I walked into her clinic I was in a solid 8/10 back pain (could barely walk) and walked out a 4/10. She has since helped resolve my pain so we are now working on future proofing and regaining strength and mobility in my back. I would absolutely recommend Hannah, she’s brilliant.

On recommendation I booked to see Hannah. The clinic is very welcoming and relaxed. She explained the treatment and put me at ease. I knew exactly what to expect and felt listened to. I’m not going to pretend the treatment is pain free but a day or so after my first appointment I was able to walk much easier and nearly pain free with no limp. I was treated by Hannah for a neck mobility issue. In addition to various manipulation and stretching processes, Hannah offered to use accupuncture on the tight muscles. Not being a fan of needles, I was rather hesitant to try this option, but Hannah made the process simple and reassuring - and my what a relief!! After a few visits, my neck problems were vastly improved and I was given some simple exercises to ensure mobility continued. I would not hesitate to return and/or recommend Figure and Form Osteopathy.
