Carefound Home Care (Harrogate)

I needed two long (3 hr) Care Calls arranged with only a couple of week's notice, to help me with transfers and personal care at our daughter's wedding in the Harrogate area. My Care plans had fallen through at the last minute and we were travelling up from Anglesey. Carefound were absolutely brilliant, right from the first phone call, via a Teams Meeting and then in person when we arrived. The Branch Manager and Carer went out of their way to meet us, help unload our vehicle, check the hired bed and mattress etc. and deliver the Care over the weekend! I would recommend this company to anyone and they enabled me to relax and have an amazing weekend!

Dad had used Carefound for 12 months three times a week and then ended up in hospital resulting in an operation and his care needs changing significantly. Carefound have been AMAZING, from the office team supporting us with organising everything around our changing needs. We have met quite a few new carers over recent weeks and every single one has been kind, compassionate and got everything that needed doing done. I spent the week with Dad after he came out of hospital, but having met all the fabulous carers that would be looking after him I knew he was in safe hands when I had to go home. Every single member of the Carefound team does what they do efficiently, with compassion and understanding, from the office staff to the carers themselves. The best interests of their clients are at the forefront of what they do and how they deal with people. Couldn’t have got through the last month without their support. If you or a loved one are looking for a care company that actually care, then give them a call - they are wonderful!

Mum has had 3 Carefound visits every week now for nearly 5 years and she thoroughly enjoys every visit. All the carers are very nice people. They are always punctual and also thorough and competent in all they do for mum. Communication is excellent whether by the App or over the phone. Highly recommended.

Really professional caring staff and business. Knowledgeable and provided us with some great advise and also provided support through other healthcare professionals.
