What really stood out was Bill’s effort in recording and sending me a thorough video walkaround of the car, it was incredibly helpful and made my decision to purchase much easier. I had had some bad experience with dealers in the past and find it difficult going to view cars at the risk that they will all be the same - Bill and his lovely wife could not have broken the mould more. They were friendly, polite, welcoming and really made me feel at ease. I was worried about taking my energetic 4 year old to which Bill's response was 'let him come have a look around here, he'll love it'. The cars I viewed were in absolutely fantastic condition, and you can tell they don't try and pull wool over your eyes with a bad car - they are all checked and ensured safe. Bill helped me with securing my new car and kept me updated (and didn't mind me messaging maybe a bit too much 😬) throughout the whole process. Bill & Kate at valley motors are fantastic! We went to view a fiat 500 and a volvo and Bill did us a fab deal :-) we're so happy with our new cars dealing with valley motors was a delight, no pressure sale just very easy going was like dealing with a old friend!
