Just a frustrating experience. Never complete the cards out properly so you can’t track or know if there’s more than one item attempted to be delivered. Then when having to go down and collect yourself, the staff are in no rush to help you or seem to do a thorough job, and when presented with the cards they only give one of the parcels. They’ve had another one of my parcels for over a week now and I’d no idea as no tracking card for it which has caused all kinds of inconvenience.

I would just like to say a big thank you to 2 guys at stocksbridge for going out of their way to finding my grandsons birthday present, which had been delivered whilst we were out, and was promised it would be there when he finished school, their names were Richard and Daniel, it is well appreciated, you both made a little boy very happy. Thanks again.

Can’t believe how terribly rude the staff are here. Every single time I go to collect a parcel, there is no customer service, no hello or goodbye, they slam your items on the counter like your being a burden too them by collecting your parcel? Unfortunately I don’t have a choice but to go here as it’s local to me!!

Usually very helpful but opening timrs are frequently changing due to covid and not posted on the website. Much shorter hours. Currently 7am - 9am mon to friday
