I had a hygiene appointment here today and was extremely disappointed. The entire session lasted barely 10 minutes, with no flossing, no advice, and no proper cleaning - just a quick pass that felt completely rushed. It was very clear they needed the room for another patient, and I was moved along without proper care. What’s most concerning is that I have a £3,000 dental implant appointment booked with them. If this is how they handle basic hygiene, I’m seriously questioning whether I can trust them with something so major. At £70 for 10 minutes, I expected at least a thorough clean, not to be treated like I was just taking up space. Very disappointed and now reconsidering whether I’ll proceed with the implant here.

I’ve been a patient at this dental practice for over 20 years and, until recently, have mostly had positive experiences. However, today’s checkup was by far the worst I’ve ever had. The environment felt unhygienic—right down to the safety glasses I was handed, which were visibly splashed with what looked disturbingly like someone else’s saliva. Thankfully, the hygienist who treated me after the checkup was absolutely fantastic. I genuinely felt sorry for her, as she had to relocate mid-treatment due to the ultrasonic scaler not working in her room. One consistent bright spot over the years has been the kind and professional receptionist—Nes, I believe—who has always gone above and beyond. Her dedication is the main reason I’ve stayed loyal to the practice despite its recent decline. That said, based on today’s experience, my personal advice would be to steer clear.

It’s been a while since I last visited a dentist, and this experience reminded me why! Nearly £450 for two fillings, only to be left in absolute agony. The dentist clamped my lip on to my teeth, cutting it open, and I was crying in pain during the procedure. Lip was swore and swollen for a few weeks. Despite this, nothing was done to help. On top of that, I could barely understand what was being explained to me.

£192 for a filling that the dentist said had nearly healed.....no numbness needed.....10 mins in chair .....sat aug 31 appointment 11-40. ...totally and utterly unjustified and unjustifiable price .....been coming to this practice for years but never again ........when you have treatment here get price upfront............DISGRACEFUL

A very clean, tidy and very welcoming dental practise. I visited on Saturday for a special event on Invisalign. all staff were friendly , supportive and very much about YOU. the manager on that day Jake was extremely helpful and i couldn't be more pleased to now be having Invisalign treatment with them.
