I've been a patient at this clinic for many years and use it whenever I have a problem. I've never felt ignored. The doctors are wonderful and helpful. I've had about five visits this year and several reviews, and I've always been well-cared for. The doctors are wonderful, and the reception staff is kind and helpful in every situation.

Have been with this Practice for many years and they were absolutely brilliant when my husband was on Palliative Care. However, the only downfall is the lack of female Doctors. When I try to book an appointment online it is mostly male Doctors and male physiotherapists who come up and I feel more comfortable talking to a female Doctor.

This practice is fantastic. Having been a patient for seven years almost and going through a global pandemic, I have nothing but praise for the team. I've been supported by GP's whenever needed and not struggled really to get face to face appointments when necessary. This is a much more accessible practice than some in the city. If you're ok with technology or phone calls, there's so many options for contacting the surgery to receive treatment, a prescription or an appointment. When new homes are built in the area, I really hope it doesn't negatively impact our valuable services such as this medical centre as it's such a valuable asset to our community and is doing a fabulous job. Softer lighting and quieter music in the waiting area would be my only areas for suggested improvements here. I'm very grateful to be a patient at this practice.

Have always had very good care and service at this Practice. Most recently, routine blood test appointment within 48 hours; non-urgent phone consultation appointment with GP within 3 days (and no, I don't need to sit in a consulting room to discuss my problem). When you hear about the long waits people around the country are reporting, to talk to a GP, I feel fortunate to be registered at this Practice.

Overall a really poor service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Surgery manager is rude, short and does not know the law in line with GDPR requests. I was de-registered without knowledge only finding out after seeing a private consultant who told me a needed to see another specialist urgently. After registering with a new surgery I had to called this practice up to actually release my medical files. All the while I was using this service I was made to feel in the wrong. Today I was told I have a tumour that needs urgent medical attention. I also know for a fact that a young boy was told to have headaches on numerous occasions, his mother being made to feel daft for being concerned and he also turned out to have a brain tumour. Go here at your own risk. Do you really want to risk your future in the hands of people who don't know the law, are rude when you question them and all around care more about money than service. they charge for private referrals £30 something that my new practice does not do. Not only that they fill them in half heartedly delaying your claim. I paid £30 for mine and each box was give a one word answer. It was given back to me due to lack of information. I did say this to Elizabeth Sedgwick ( the practice manager) who almost laughed in my face. When I asked for the complaints procedure she refused to give it me. I eventually was able to make a complaint but I feel that nothing happened because of it. Think carefully before letting these people be gate keepers to your health...
