Crown Cars Garage

I picked up a vehicle from Crown Cars yesterday, after viewing it on Sunday. I only have positive things to say about the whole experience! Ian was great to work with and was very communicative throughout. I feel I got my new car at a fair price, and received a fair part exchange for my old one.

They did a great job on my Vauxhall Mocka. No sucking air through teeth, just did what was needed at a reasonable price. I will 100% be using them again.

Bought a ford kuga on Sunday picked it up Monday Ian went out of his way to get a fresh MOT on it and obviously the garage lads as i was desperate for a car really tidy motor hope it lasts a long time. Easy and helpful Thanks agen.

I have a built in mistrust of car repair businesses but I have used Crown Cars Garage for years now and never had any reason whatsoever to mistrust the advice they give when taking a car in for repair. The work is always completed to a very high standard and what is particularly refreshing is that I have taken cars in with warning light queries in the past and on more than one occasion they have have checked whether work does actually need doing rather than just taking your money. If you have an issue with your car, I'd definitely consider taking it there. It's an hour round trip for me whenever I go there. I do have lots of other options much closer to home, but always choose to travel the extra distance, knowing that I can trust Crown Cars.

Dropped off my car for brake pad and disc replacement at 9 am this morning, received a call an hour later saying it was ready for collection. Friendly staff, great service! Thank you!
