Haven’t had my hair done in ages and they fit me in last minute for a haircut and turned a scraggly mess into a masterpiece! All the girls were so friendly as well. I also found out I was the last client before they moved the salon to another location but will go back once they’re all moved in ❤️

Really nice and friendly, booked appointment. Felt really safe, they thermometer check you before you go inside fully. All in visors and cleaning, really nice and relaxing. My first hair cut as a new mummy and my first hair cut since lockdown. Felt really pampered and looked after. I will be back, thank you The Works 🤩!

The worst experience at this low class salon. Booked in for a hair style for a wedding - got not even a junior to do my hair who couldn’t even do a simple bun. She ended up leaving my hair half way through because she was so inadequate and someone had to step in who again did a quick bodge job. The simple half done bun fell out and ruined my occasion. Still paid ! When I complained to the inadequate manager Louise- she refunded me and said I come in for a free wash and blow dry! I booked and cancelled due to having covid. When I wanted to rebook- the unprofessional staff referred to me as the bun lady on the phone and Louise came on and said you will have to pay now as you missed your appointment. Which I told her I cancelled not missed. The most unorganised unfriendly and overpriced ‘salon’. Never had such bad customer experience. No wonder the staff are so rubbish after seeing the managers attitude. Pathetic Louise with her pathetic response. Lie after lie. It’s no surprise you replied this way. How unprofessional. And I find it so hard to believe that you haven’t had a complaint in 25 years - given your age and length of inadequate service I’m sure you have had plenty. Anyway your inadequate staff with bad hair styles begged me to come that day and said she had been practicing all day on a plastic doll so despite having to cancel due to work commitments - as working professional people do- I still came - cancelled once not 4 times. So no need to lie Louise. Louise the lack of professionalism hair dresser - BEWARE!!!! She might just promise u a free hair service and then take it back because she’s actually really not as busy as she makes out 😂😂😂

The Ritual Barber is based in the same venue. Well worth a visit. boys and mens cuts, also beard sculpting. Very friendly, kind and always goes the extra mile. Would be be more stars but only option for 5
