Miss diagnosed (or just didnt diagnose) impetigo (even though youre meant to go there instead of the drs). Not just once but twice on two different people. Wouldn't recommend going their for advice and either using other local options or just go to the Drs

Been in today for a vaccination, friendly efficient staff.
Absolutely dire. Understaffed at peak times, queuing out of the door. Young staff in the back regularly heard chatting nonsense about their private life which is very unprofessional. Pointless having appointment times for things like jabs as they simply don't keep to them. No privacy for anyone waiting for prescriptions or to ask for help. Outside needs a good tidy up too.
Had Covid booster and flu jabs here. Staff friendly and well-organised. A little wait but understandable. Will happily use again.
