Pleasant staff, really friendly, quick service. Prescriptions were dispensed and ready for collection really quickly. I've been using online services and having medication delivered for a few months, but there have been delays in receiving it. I'm glad I've found a local, professional pharmacist that I can visit in person.

Only opens a few hours a week unless you are unemployed or retired. Would recommend you ask your GP to send prescriptions to a pharmacy that is accessible to working people.

The staff are always smiling and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble.

Pharmacist needs to get an alarm clock, every time I go in at around 9.10am the pharmacist is never there so they can not sell anything and the embarrassed staff have to make excuses for them and say it’s because he or she has to travel on woodhead, simple solution get out of bed earlier if you know it takes longer set off earlier, This has happened the last 4 times I’ve been in and apparently according to other customers who have been in there it happens regularly, I shall not be shopping there anymore I only go there as it’s my doctors above. The pharmacist should be setting an example to the staff and get there on time I felt sorry for the staff as I could see the embarrassment as they had to explain to many customers it’s because they have to travel on the woodhead and they had no idea what time they would be there, one woman who was in there said to me it happens all the time and she could be waiting half an hour, I didn’t have time to wait as my boss would reprimand me for been late as in most companies, bad service on behalf of the pharmacist who I assume is the boss
