I recently bought my new bike from True North using the cycle to work scheme. Overall, I have had a really positive experience. I had a rough idea about which bike I wanted, from there the team were knowledgeable and profesional in their recommendations. They asked questions about my style and preferences and in the end I think we ended up with the perfect bike for me. The guys in the shop kept me well informed through the order and delivery of the bike. Because it was a new model there was a bit of a lead time on this. On arrival, the bike was well built and set up according to my size, weight and preferences. It has performed really well on all the trails I have ridden since. Joe did an excellent job. True North have offered me a 3 and 6 month service package with my new bike, just to keep everything tight and make any tweeks that might be necessary. This is a nice touch and I feel very well looked after. I highly recommend True North.

Hired an E-bike from True North to do a loop around ladybower. Excellent quality equipment and outstanding service. Jamie was very friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to make sure I was set for the day and helped me out with my route plan. Will definitly hire here again. Cracking day!

Had some work done on my aging 2016 MTB and both myself and the bike were treated with care, customer service was second to none and the overall finish was spot on. You can tell they’re absolutely enthusiasts and love what they do. Great price considering the service provided, would absolutely recommend to any bike owner.

Had amazing coaching day with James. Set our bikes up- checked tyre pressure suspension. James is a great teacher- has ability to set it at a level that is perfect - not too easy but enough to test you and push your boundaries in a safe environment. Worth every penny. We had great day. Can’t wait to come back and do tour guiding with James.
