Excellent day on the Bike with my son doing the Orange Habanero route Great bikes and clear routes from he website. Great climbs and view from the top and a nice pie, peas and gravy at the Derwent Dam cafe. Jamie was really helpful. Thanks
I made a mid-week hire to do a loop around ladybower. Excellent quality equipment and outstanding service. Jamie was very friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to make sure I was set for the day and helped me out with my route plan. Will definitly hire here again. Cracking day!
I needed an extra eMTB for a group booking having booked other bikes elsewhere. The care, service and kindness for a single bike booking was exceptional. Jamie helped adjust our route and make recommendations which transformed our day out on the bikes. If in doubt, go ahead with these guys. Exceptional knowledge, quality and service.
We did a corporate event with True North last week and they were brilliant. 9 of us went out for the afternoon with guides. Jamie, Paul and Frank couldn't have done more to make sure that the whole mixed ability group and had a memorable afternoon. The bikes are fun, the scenery helps, but the team at True North make it. We will almost certainly be back to repeat it again.
Jamie is very friendly and did a good job of explaining to complete novices how to use the ebikes.
