The first few weeks include the induction session which gives you a complete picture then you are obviously getting use to the environment and equipment in the early stages which I feel as gone well. I have had sessions with Izzi. Rob & Alex so far and I find their attitude and professionalism welcoming. I am naturally an anxious sort of person but their approach has been ideal for me in settling in. So having got a feel of what is involved and the process and after a 2 week festive break I am looking forward to gaining traction and momentum through the coming months.

Just completed my first 3 months at Fit 20. I have more energy , stamina and have reduced the amount of painkillers I take due to my long term back condition. I feel supported and encouraged during my weekly visits.

I highly recommend Fit 20 for anyone looking to improve their strength and fitness. Since joining Fit 20, I have experienced significant improvements in both areas. I first joined Fit 20 in 2018 and trained for 12 months. I then took a break and returned in 2024. I couldn’t believe how much strength I had lost in those five years. The personalized training sessions and expert guidance have helped me build muscle, increase endurance, and enhance overall physical health so that after 10months I had regained my fitness levels to where I was in 2019 even though I was 5 years older! The program's focus on efficient and effective workouts has made it easy to stay committed and see results. I play golf at a very hilly golf course and the improvement in my fitness has made it much easier to tackle the steep hills on the course. Fit 20 has truly transformed my fitness journey, and I am grateful for the positive impact it has had on my strength and well-being.

As a woman of ‘senior’ age, I really appreciate the personal trainer’s expertise, to ensure that I am safely using the equipment and getting the utmost benefit out of the session. No special gym clothing is required. The appointments are only 20 minutes per week, so it’s super easy to fit into my schedule. The studio is bright, airy and much more peaceful and not at all intimidating; which I would find in a large gym environment (with the added benefit of great parking too). I feel safe and supported during the training and Matt and team are very thorough and professional, taking into account my personal fitness and health history.

A great experience so far, with friendly and knowledgeable trainers there to advise on correct form to avoid injuries and to encourage you to your maximum effort. It's early days yet but after 3 months I'm starting to feel the benefit in strength and general aerobic fitness. Needs to be viewed as personal training rather than a gym membership.
