Love this place. Great walk around the reservoir. Easy footpaths. Lovely scenery. Walk up to Broomhead reservoir too.
The best local reservoir walk, very peaceful and the water is often quite still so offers nice reflections. A lap is just a good distance to walk too.
Quiet and Nice place for strolling around the water. Good scenery. Parking is a bit of problem as there is no marked area but then you not paying for a it you can park it on the side of the road
Add this in with Broomhead and you’ve got a superb walk of around 5 miles. Parking is available on the north side of the reservoir on the access road. Lovely place.
Beautiful place. 2 dam walls. Great parking
